I'd love to tell you a little bit more about my shop and beautiful toys. What feels like a very long time ago, I used to have a toy shop on a busy high street and an online store. It was a fabulous feeling to be able to meet the children who were going to play with my toys on their birthdays and Christmas day.
My greatest pleasure came from the high level of customer service and care I could to offer, especially helping people to identify the perfect toy. Mums and dads usually knew exactly what their little one would love, but it could be a little bit harder for grandparents, aunts and uncles or friends to choose the ideal gift.
One day, a new thought hit me really hard. I could close my shop and use the 18 hours a week I'd been spending commuting, to give my customers even more help and an even better shopping experience, personalised using Facebook Messenger, e-mail and telephone rather than face to face. The amazing feedback I've had from my online customers has proved this was the perfect decision
Selling good quality toys that I know are safe and durable is very important so I hand-pick toys from very well known brands that offer great value for money. I try to avoid stocking toys that are sold in national stores and supermarkets as I know my customers like toys that are 'a little bit different'.
If you live close to Durham City, there's an option at checkout to collect your toys from my registered office, by appointment. All other parcels are sent by courier, usually on the next working day after receiving your order. Full tracking information will be e-mailed to you and you'll find your toys arrive quickly.
