Shipping and Collection Options

Free shipping when you spend £35 or more on goods.

Flat Rate Shipping to the Mainland UK is £4.99.

I normally ship all standard Mainland UK (£4.99) and free shipping orders, on Wednesdays but in the run up to Christmas I will be shipping orders within two working days of receiving your order. Shipment is by 3 - 5 day courier, but parcel often arrive more quickly than that. 

If you need your toys urgently, there's an option at checkout for Priority Shipping.  I will dispatch your toys the same or next day, and use a 2 day courier.

I no longer ship parcels to Northern Ireland because of the extra costs (eg VAT/duty) that may need to be paid by my customers, at the time of delivery.

Flat Rate shipping to Highlands and Islands is set to £20 as this is the amount we have paid in the past to courier larger parcels, BUT please get in touch before you purchase any toys and I will be able to give you an acurrate postage charge based on your post code and the weight of the toys you'd like.

If your order is very urgent, please get in touch and we will give you a price for next day delivery, which will depend on the weight of your parcel and the delivery address.

Free local pick up from Framwellgate Moor (DH1 5EP).  On choosing this option, please ring to make an appointment to collect your toys.    Handover of toys will be contactless.
